Survey Department Manager

Mr. Earl has over 14 years of design engineering experience. His work history has included commercial site planning and design, grading and storm water management, utility design, sanitary sewer design and residential subdivision planning and engineering.

Mr. Earl has also worked on many municipal projects throughout Cache Valley. He is familiar with the development and engineering standards required by several local jurisdictions. He has worked with North Logan, Logan, Nibley, Hyde Park, Providence, Wellsville, Hyrum, Smithfield, and River Heights. During the course of his projects Mr. Earl has worked through the design review and construction permitting process for projects in many of these communities. He works closely with his clients, team members and local officials to ensure that all proposed design meets the current standards and new projects are successful for all involved.

Mr. Earl is also a licensed land surveyor in the State of Utah. Over the years he has obtained significant experience in land surveying, completing over two hundred boundary surveys with topography and features associated with many of them. His engineering and surveying expertise has given him a keen ability to analyze a site and know precisely what is needed to make the project feasible for construction and development. He has overseen many large construction-staking projects, giving him a sound understanding of ‘putting projects in the ground’.
